Brick plant-Shale and Coal Batching System
The belt conveyor on shale,coal rebuild plan: Based on the original shale belt feeder(5.5 kW motor, temporary shale function) with a short measurement the belt scale below(constant speed operation), and install the measurement belt scale on the coal belt conveyor (6 meters' long, motor 3 kW), at the same time,the coal belt conveyor motor switches into frequency conversion motor,and reformed variable speed belt feeder. Through the shale belt scale instrument collect shale transient flow, send 4 ~ 20mA signal to variable speed belt feeder for given flux signal,and through the coal variable speed controller, to control frequency converter of coal feeding speed, which make coal and shale in synchronous according to the proportion feeding on the main belt, in order to ensure that the two kinds of raw material production of brick on a fixed proportion ingredients,and ensure the quality of the brick stability.
