Conveyor Belt Scale System
1. Work Principle
Weighing load cell tests the weight of material on the belt scale, speed sensor measures the belt running speed, the weighing integrator deals with receiving weight signal and speed signal, obtaining instant flow and accumulative flow. Meanwhile, weighing integrator can communicate with upper monitor management system and central process management system, etc..

• system accuracy: ±0.25%(4~8 carrier rollers), ±0.5%(4~8 carrier rollers), ±1.0%(1~2 4~8 carrier rollers)
• weighing range: 0.1~2000t/h
