Belt Feeder for Brick Making Machine
Brick plant-Shale and Coal Batching System
Upon customer requirement on the site,our company provide following two schemes for choice.
Scheme 1.
Shale and coal for each hopper,and the coal skip weigher is equipped with frequency control of unloading
1. Run operation system,
2.Shale and coal scale begin to feed simultaneously, and the material achieve setting value respectively after stop feeding automatically, namely:to stop coal feeding belt and shale belt feeder in temporary type, shale crusher unloading and belt conveyor continue to move, shale continue to send material to shale belt feeder for temporary.
3.Until two scales batching well, they start to discharge at one time, shale scale on a fixed speed discharging. Coal scale output material is adjusted by person,artificial regulation on the frequency converter,and change unloading speed of belt velocity, so that meet the basic ingredients, which make two kinds of material mixed in proportion.
4. After unloading well,the system will move up to cycle batching.
